On 1st April we announced the launch of dog-only pools and exclusive pets’ clubs at over half of our parcs. We shared this April Fool’s prank over social media, in emails to our loyal customers and even in the papers!
As outrageous as pupcakes and paw pedicures sound, many people believed it was the real deal! Here’s what some of our Twitter followers thought…

Luckily, it isn’t all holiday doom and gloom for your furry friends as we do offer dog-friendly campsites here at Eurocamp!
Dog-friendly holidays – the real deal!
For as little as £3 extra per night, your furry companion can join you in a holiday home or in the safety of a tent.
Around 60% of destinations have the pup seal of approval, with a range of places that are perfect for countryside walks or playing fetch on the beach.

A great location that has lots to offer is the sunny seaside location of Le Littoral. There’s access to a coastal path, which is great for walks or cycle rides with your four-legged friend.
Planning your dog-friendly holiday
Once you’ve found somewhere you like, you can check if there will be any restrictions in place during your stay or whether there will be other dogs there.
We would also recommend choosing your travel wisely and speaking to your vet about your chosen destination to establish whether there are any ticks, parasites or other diseases you should be aware of.
